RaceTrak helps runners record data related to the races they run, as well as the factors that led to their results. Users will enter various parameters regarding pre-race behaviors and race-day conditions, and ultimately, the user will create graphs to track and improve their performance over time.
Most runners, by nature, want to record how they did on race day, as well as some elements, such as nutrition, that were factors of success (or failure) for that race. RaceTrak allows runners to record these factors over time and help them improve performance by graphically showing what works and what doesn’t.
